Mungu Church System ("the Service") is a church and ministry management platform provided as a subscription service. By registering an organization or signing in, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Your organization's administrators control who has access to your data and at what level. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for assigning roles appropriately, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter. Each user must use their own account; sharing credentials is not permitted.
New organizations receive a free trial as shown on the pricing page. When the trial or a paid period ends, access to staff features is paused until renewal — your data is retained and is not deleted because of expiry. Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period already paid.
All member records, financial entries, attendance and documents your organization enters belong to your organization. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other organizations on the platform. You may request a full export of your data at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications; not to attempt to access another organization's data; and not to interfere with the Service's operation. SMS communications must comply with Tanzanian telecom regulations, including approved sender IDs.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On written request after termination, your organization's data will be exported to you and then deleted within a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced inside the system. Questions: contact the system administrator through the contact details on the home page.
