Keeping a church listing accurate
Understand sources, management claims and corrections before changing a listing.
23 October 2026 · ENRead the source and its limits
A directory entry can come from a church or denominational public source. The linked source and check date show where the information came from. They do not certify the identity of a person asking to manage the church.
Use the proper review path
An authorised representative can submit a management claim with the requested evidence. Anyone with a suitable concern can use the correction or removal process. Explain the issue clearly and avoid publishing private evidence in a public comment.
Preserve continuity
A corrected or hidden listing should retain its underlying record and review history. Confirmed building GPS can replace an approximate district map centre after appropriate management review. Unknown information should remain unknown until checked.
