Choose your church or organization workspace, request an invoice, and submit the external payment reference. A separate billing reviewer verifies the payment before activating the paid period. Renewals are manual and no automatic charge is made.
A new purchase begins after all already purchased periods. Changing to another plan queues it for that date; it does not upgrade the current period immediately. With no paid time remaining, access starts after independent payment confirmation.
An expired or cancelled subscription does not close your church, remove your records or block free core management. Paid access never grants a staff role.
